About Kingdom Siege
Kingdom Siege is a classic tower defense battle: eight waves of invaders march along a winding dirt road toward your castle, and you are the royal engineer. You start with 160 gold coins and an empty field. Spend gold to raise archer, cannon and frost towers on the grass beside the road, earn more gold for every invader your towers destroy, and reinvest it before the next wave. The castle holds 20 lives — every enemy that slips through costs you lives, and if the counter hits zero the siege is lost.
How to play
Pick a tower type from the three buttons under the battlefield, then tap any grass tile (not the road) to build it. Press Start Wave when your defenses are ready; enemies stream in from the left and follow the road to the castle gate on the right. Towers fire automatically at the invader closest to the castle within range. Tap a placed tower to open its panel: upgrade it for more damage and range, or sell it for a 70% refund. Clearing a wave pays a gold bonus — spend it fast, because the next wave is bigger. Survive all 8 waves to win.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: tap a grass tile to build the selected tower; tap a tower to upgrade or sell it.
- Keyboard: 1 archer, 2 cannon, 3 frost; Esc deselect; Space starts the next wave; P pauses.
- The ⏩ Speed button toggles double speed — handy once your defense is on rails.
Tips & strategy
- Corners are gold. Towers near road bends cover enemies the longest, so they fire more shots per invader.
- Mix your damage. Fast archers shred runners, cannons delete packed groups with splash, and frost towers slow everything so the others can land more hits.
- Don't overbuild early. Two upgraded towers beat four weak ones — upgrades multiply damage and stretch range.
- Save for the boss. Wave 8 ends with a heavy boss worth 5 lives if it slips through; keep 100+ gold ready for a cannon near the gate.
- Slow is a force multiplier. One frost tower covering a cannon's kill zone is the strongest early combo in the game.
Scoring
Your score equals every gold coin earned from destroyed invaders plus wave-clear bonuses. Fast runners pay 10 gold, grunts 8, armored tanks 22, and the wave-8 boss a fat 160. Your best score is saved on your device — beat it by losing fewer lives and clearing waves with leaner defenses.
