🎱 Pool Shots
Drag back on the table to aim and set power, then release. Keyboard: ← → aim, hold Space to charge, release to shoot, Enter to start.
How to play
Pool Shots is a quick-fire billiards challenge on a single table. You get 20 shots to clear 15 racked balls. Drag back anywhere on the green to set your aim and power, then release to strike the cue ball — the aim line and ghost ball show exactly where the shot is heading. Every ball you pocket scores +10, so a perfect table is worth 150. But watch the six pockets: dropping the white cue ball is a scratch (−15), and a shot that touches no ball costs −5. The game ends when the table is clear or your shots run out, so make every visit count.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: press anywhere on the table and drag back — drag length sets power. Release to shoot.
- Keyboard: ← → rotate the aim; hold Space to charge power and release Space to shoot.
- Enter starts or restarts the game; the New Game button below the table resets instantly.
Tips & strategy
- Leave the cue ball with a clear line to your next target instead of smashing it into the pack.
- Soft shots near pockets beat hard ones — big power sharply raises the scratch risk.
- A gentle rail-first shot can reach balls tucked behind the pack.
- Break up clusters early while shots are plentiful, and save the easy open balls for later.
Scoring
Each pocketed ball is worth +10. A scratched cue ball costs −15 and is respotted at the head of the table. A shot that contacts no ball at all costs −5. The score display never drops below zero. Clearing all 15 balls scores the full 150 — beating 100 with shots to spare is a strong table.
