How to play Pinball Wizard

Pinball Wizard is a full arcade pinball table in your browser. Every game gives you three silver balls. Charge the plunger and fire each ball up the launch lane, then keep it bouncing around the table with your two flippers for as long as you can. The ball scores every time it smashes a bumper or slingshot — and if it slips past your flippers into the drain, that ball is gone. Run out of balls and the game is over.

Controls

• Left flipper: Z or ← key, or tap the left half of the table on touch screens.
• Right flipper: M or → key, or tap the right half of the table.
• Plunger: hold Space or press-and-hold the Launch button to charge, then release to fire the ball up the lane.
• P: pause or resume.

Scoring & multiplier

• Each bumper hit scores 100 × your multiplier; slingshots score 50 × your multiplier.
• Light all five bumpers (they glow when hit) to raise your multiplier up to ×5.
• Draining a ball resets the multiplier back to ×1, so protecting the drain protects your points too.
• Your best score is saved in this browser — beat your own record every session.

Pro tip

Don't just mash the flippers. Let the ball roll onto a raised flipper and hold it for a split second — a controlled, timed flip aimed at the lit bumpers scores far more than wild flailing, and a "dead flipper" (leaving one flipper down) often lets a slow ball roll safely across to the other side.
