How to play

Math Blaster is arithmetic with a trigger finger. A sum appears at the top of the screen — three numbered asteroids rain down, and exactly one of them carries the correct answer. Slide your cannon along the bottom, take aim, and blast the right rock. A correct hit scores 10 points and serves up a fresh sum; a wrong hit costs 5 points; letting any asteroid crash past you costs 3. You have 60 seconds to solve and shoot as many sums as you can.

Controls

• Keyboard: left/right arrows or A/D to move the cannon, Space to fire.
• Mouse / touch: move to aim, click or tap to fire.
• Keyboard: Enter starts a new round from the menu or game-over screen.

Tips & strategy

• Solve the sum before you aim — firing at the first rock you see is how wrong answers happen.
• Subtraction answers are always positive here, so a negative-looking option is never the one.
• Park under the correct asteroid's lane early, then fire as it drops into range — bolts fly fast but not instantly.
• Wrong answers vanish when shot, which narrows the field — a risky second shot is sometimes smarter than waiting.
• Multiplication sums pay the same 10 points but take longer to solve; do not let slow arithmetic cost you a −3 timeout.

Scoring

Correct hits score 10 points each. Wrong hits cost 5, and asteroids that escape the bottom cost 3. Your best round is saved in this browser.
